LEDGERO

Getting Started

Quickstart

A five-minute tour of what LEDGERO is, how a single deal moves through it, and where you fit in.

The idea in one minute#

Tokenizing a real-world asset is easy — minting a token is a solved problem. Knowing whether the asset behind that token is real, correctly valued, and legally soundis not. That judgment is called underwriting, and today it’s slow, manual, and locked inside institutions.

LEDGERO is an autonomous agent that does the underwriting. You hand it the documents; it reads them, scores the risk, checks the claims against outside data, and publishes a signed on-chain attestation of its verdict. It pays its own operating costs per deal via the x402 protocol, so it runs continuously without a human approving every step.

How a deal flows#

  1. 1

    Submit the asset

An issuer uploads the source paperwork for a candidate asset — an invoice, title, contract, or inventory record.

  2. 2

    The agent reads and scores

LEDGERO extracts structured fields, scores them against the risk model for that asset class, and cross-references external data to confirm the claims.

  3. 3

    An attestation is minted

The agent emits a signed, verifiable on-chain record. Validators can stake $LDGR to co-sign it, putting real capital behind the call.

  4. 4

Issuers and protocols build on it

Anyone downstream — lenders, launchpads, RWA protocols — reads the attestation to decide whether and how to issue the token.

Who it’s for#

Issuers

Get assets underwritten in minutes, not weeks — and build a track record that lowers your fees over time.

Protocols

Plug verifiable underwriting into your issuance flow instead of trusting an opaque, institution-gated process.

Validators

Stake $LDGR to co-sign attestations, earn a share of fees for accurate calls, and get slashed for bad ones.

Not a wallet or an exchange

LEDGERO doesn’t custody assets or issue tokens. It’s the neutral appraisal layer that sits before issuance — see Positioning for why that distinction matters.
