Glossary

Every term used across these docs, in one place.

Assessment run
One end-to-end pass of the pipeline — document intake through attestation — for a single candidate asset. Paid for in $LDGR.
Attestation
A signed, verifiable on-chain record of the agent’s underwriting judgment on a specific asset. The core output of the protocol.
Cross-referencing
Pipeline stage where the agent queries external data sources to corroborate what the submitted documents claim.
Issuer
The party submitting an asset to be underwritten and, downstream, tokenized. Posts a $LDGR reputation bond.
OCR extraction
Pipeline stage that reads unstructured documents and pulls out structured, scoreable fields.
Reputation bond
$LDGR an issuer posts when submitting an asset. A clean track record unlocks lower fees and higher tokenization limits over time.
Risk model
Per-asset-class scoring logic that turns extracted facts into a risk verdict. Governed by $LDGR holders.
RWA
Real-world asset — an off-chain asset (invoice, receivable, property, inventory) represented on-chain as a token.
Slashing
Loss of staked $LDGR when a co-signed attestation proves wrong — an asset defaults or fraud is found later.
Underwriting
Verifying that an off-chain asset is real, correctly valued, and legally sound before it is tokenized.
Validator / Underwriter
A participant who stakes $LDGR to co-sign an attestation, earning fees for accurate calls and being slashed for bad ones.
x402
The payment protocol that lets the agent pay for its own compute and data lookups per-assessment, making the loop autonomous.
